Seattle Real Estate Podcast
The Seattle Real Estate Podcast is my favorite TV show,. I figured now is the best time ever to share. Why might that be? Well, apparently they’re re-branding. Apparently it’s confusing to new people as to what a guy talking police funding in Texas has to do with real estate in Seattle.
It’s 2021, why wouldn’t this be a normal thing?
The show is great, though. It’s just a reasonable guy reading unreasonable news. He does have an actual real estate program, but I haven’t seen it. Probably won’t. I don’t give a fart about Summit Properties Northwest. I want the Seattle Real Estate Podcast.
People tend to like people they agree with. …Wait, no that’s wrong. It sounds like it should be right, but the reality is that most people just agree with people they like.
The host of the show, Sean Reynolds, does stuff. Here’s a copy/paste of the two businesses he owns and operates.
Summit Properties NW, LLC, an independent real estate brokerage with 80/20 split, 10K cap, ZERO FEES but offers brokers extensive technology at no charge including listing videos, drone, marketing videos, social media, and appraisal.
Reynolds & Kline Appraisal, appraising residential homes and land throughout Western Washington since 1972. Services include purchase, mortgage, refinance, estate, divorce, probate, listing price, construction, and private lending.
Here’s a picture.
For fans of the Rockydennis Presents YouTube channel , this guy might look familiar. He makes several cameos in the “Taking a Dump” series, and even has his own dedicated film by Rockydennis Presents.
I haven’t attempted to contact this guy, and wouldn’t ask permission to use his content even if I had. I like to imagine that if he knew Rockydennis Presents “Taking a Dump” has taken on the tertiary role of promoting for the Seattle Real Estate Podcast, he wouldn’t care.
Okay so check this little nugget of joy. Open up “Taking a Dump”, Episode 33 and go to 8:42. You’ll want to have sound on.
