I told you so.

Bank of America sucks, and I’ve been telling people for 20 years not to do business with them.

Apparently today or yesterday there was an issue with people unable to access their accounts via mobile/web banking, and those that could were seeing $0 balances.

The news and social media obviously pretended it was an unprecedented occurrence, and customers went into a mental spiral as they lost their shit and committed suicide en masse.

Okay, so maybe only a few people actually killed themselves as an overreaction.

The point is, this kind of shit has been on-going for as long as Bank of America has been around. Customers regularly experience problems at both the branch level and national level. Their service sucks, their client support sucks, and their rewards system sucks,

If you like being dicked around by a shit bank ran by incompetent twats, then stick with BoA. If you just want your bank to be a bank, then go literally anywhere else. Like Comerica.
